The Compact High Rail is for anyone who needs to cut aluminum, composites, carbon fiber, fiberglass, reinforced plastics, honeycomb core, and other similar materials. Typical customers are those in the aerospace, boating, and automotive industries.
Some options and key features of the CH-Series machine include:

We are capable of building larger machine formats (e.g., 12′ x 10′, 16′ x 10′) and can go all the way down to our 3-axis machines with a 4′ x 8′ table size.

- Fully enclosed:
A fully enclosed machine contains debris, reduces noise levels, protects your electronics and mechanical drives from both wet and dry machining, and safely isolates the operator from the machining zone and airborne particles.
- Fully automated retractable doors:
These doors open to give you full access to the machine bed.
- Fully retractable roof:
A roof protects your work area from fine airborne particles or contamination. One that fully opens gives you unobstructed access for a forklift or overhead crane to load heavy materials.
- Heavy-duty thick steel construction.
- Linear scales offered on all axes for high precision applications.
- Rotary encoders offered for high precision applications.
- Volumetric compensation is also an available option for this machine.
- Chip augers and a chip conveyor move debris out of the work envelope.
- Standard 15-pocket tool changer.
