The Roller Hold-Down (RH-Series) of 3-Axis fixed bridge CNC routers maximizes speed and output when cutting large quantities of single sheets or stacked sheets, or when machining parts too small to be held by vacuum alone. The four rollers help to prevent accidental slippage of the top sheet of stacked material and provide the holding power for effective, accurate cutting of warped sheets to minimize waste and maximize yield. The regulated pressure of each roller prevents premature wear and “slamming” of the rollers. When cutting single sheets, or other materials such as plastics or aluminum, the rollers can be disengaged.

INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY WITH AN ADDITIONAL SPINDLE

By adding a second spindle, you can double your production by performing machining operations simultaneously on the same machine. For larger parts, park one spindle to have access to the entire table.

WORK HOLDING & POSITIONING

These devices accurately locate your workpiece in orientation to the table and the tooling. To properly secure your workpieces, it is important to have the correct work-holding device for the material you are cutting. Proper work holding and material positioning ensure precise and efficient machining.

Without touching the material, a Laser Pattern Projection Alignment System provides true to scale patterns of one or several aligned or nested objects, transferred from CAD software onto the CNC table.

VISION RECOGNITION (FIDUCIAL)

A fiducial vision recognition system scans for reference points to identify a sheet’s position. The program and tool paths automatically adjust to the position.

Two retractable pairs of rollers are positioned on the leading and trailing edges of the cutting envelope to provide even, balanced downward pressure.
