Introducing the Adjustable HSK 63F Drill Chuck for Your CNC Machine

In this post, Chuck Shive with Chips & Tips talks about drilling, specifically introducing the HSK 63F high-speed drill chuck, which is a must-have for shops who like to keep a diverse set of tooling to make life easier.

Note: Tool holders for the HSK 63F spindles are not interchangeable. Designed for low torque and very high speeds, the HSK 63F is symmetrically round with a reduced taper size.

How does this drill chuck make life easier? It’s all about quick and easy tool change and setup.

  1. Take your tool out of the holder.
  2. Loosen the chuck.
  3. Remove your drill.
  4. Replace with your new drill.

And whether it’s one millimeter or 13mm in diameter, it’s going to fit into this drill chuck. That’s what’s so great about these. They offer quick and easy versatility for drilling operations.
