Built to order, the C.R. Onsrud High-Rail CNC machining center provides a vast working envelope for high-precision machining of large, bulky, and uniquely shaped components of nonferrous, light ferrous, and advanced composite materials. 

From large composite parts for prefab buildings to boat hulls and fuselages, the High Rail handles all of it, with extreme accuracy.

Key features of the HR-Series include:

  • Up to 120″ Z-Stroke — that’s an amazing 10 feet in height! 
  • Spindle speed up to 75hp with the option of a second spindle.
    Spindles range from high rpm, lower torque routing spindles to lower rpm, higher torque milling spindles.
  • Heavy-duty thick steel construction for rigidity, speed, and accuracy
  • Up to 120+ pocket automatic tool changer with optional second ATC.
  • Built to order from a huge list of options.
