C.R. Onsrud strives to provide a frictionless sales policy. Due to the nature of most of our products, only unused items, in their original packaging, will be accepted as a qualified return. Any product returned beyond 14 days after purchase, a 25% restocking fee will apply. For items returned prior to 14 days from shipment, the product will be assessed to determin if it is in new condition and can be resold without any repackaging, to determine if there is a restocking fee.
